Description

  • Monitor and manage daily shift activities to ensure smooth operations in the industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Support the engineering team in maintaining equipment and machinery to ensure operational reliability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges during shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
  • Coordinate with team members to optimise workflow and productivity.
  • Document and report on shift activities and performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
  • Provide support for routine maintenance tasks as required.

Profile

  • Experience or knowledge within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently during shifts.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.
