Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate – National Firm – 2 years
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid Working Available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 to £75,000, dependent on experience
Chadwick Nott is recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised law firm for a Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate to join one of the largest and most respected teams of its kind in the UK. The Role
You’ll be joining a high-performing Property Litigation team with a strong national presence and a diverse client base.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial), including rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, and service charge issues
- Acting for landowners in disputes under the Electronic Communications Code, including mast removal and telecoms litigation
- Handling possession actions, trespass and squatter claims, and purchaser disputes
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and trial bundles
- Managing relationships with household-name clients, social housing providers, and property managers
- Working closely with senior lawyers and partners to develop your expertise
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- At least 2 years PQE in property litigation
- Experience or interest in telecoms-related disputes and the Electronic Communications Code
- Strong academic background and technical ability
- Excellent organisation, initiative, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for business development
- A commitment to compliance with firm policies and information security
