Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 + bonus
Chadwick Nott is recruiting on behalf of a respected regional law firm with offices in Wiltshire. This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established team that values quality service, personal client relationships, and professional autonomy.
The Role
This position offers a varied and manageable caseload of residential property matters. You’ll be trusted to run files independently, with support available when needed. Responsibilities include:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients with a personal and proactive approach
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
- Contributing to the firm’s continued growth and reputation
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for a qualified conveyancer who brings:
- 3+ years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Confidence managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A detail-oriented, organised approach
- A genuine interest in contributing to a supportive and evolving team
