We are seeking a commercially astute Sales Director to lead the charge on revenue growth, strategic development, and team leadership across multiple sites.

The Role
As Sales Director, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the business’s ambitious growth plans. You’ll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, optimising sales performance, and leading a talented team to exceed targets while nurturing a strong sales culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing a commercially focused, long-term sales strategy
- Leading and mentoring the sales and business development teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Driving improvements across CRM systems and sales processes
- Building and maintaining high-value client and partner relationships
- Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and impactful delivery
- Monitoring performance, delivering accurate forecasting, and analysing data to support continued growth
- Introducing innovation and best practice across all sales functions
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within the premium hospitality sector
- Experience in a multi-site environment with direct accountability for revenue performance
- Strong understanding of CRM and sales analytics platforms
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and operational execution

- Experience aligning sales with marketing to drive high-quality enquiries and conversions
