This is an exciting role to join a busy, market-leading Property Litigation team in the Thames Valley handling a varied caseload across commercial, residential and rural matters. You’ll work on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement claims, rights of way, drainage, restrictive covenants, profits a prendre, adverse possession and mortgage repossessions, with strong referral work from a large Real Estate and commercial client base.
The firm are well regarded and, as a junior lawyer, there will be excellent on-the-job training with exposure to complex disputes and encouragement to build your network.
