We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a high-quality, high-volume contract catering operation in South-West London, based within a brand-new, modern site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie from a fresh-food background who may be looking for their first Monday to Friday role in South-West London. The kitchen delivers quality-led food in an open-kitchen, hospitality-focused environment – and best of all, you’ll have your evenings free.

The offer

  • £32,500 per annum

The operation

  • Open kitchen restaurant environment.
  • Coffee bar on with grab & go offer.
  • Full restaurant with a large, elevated salad bar.
  • A hot breakfast service with a daily breakfast special rolling into lunch.
  • 2–3 main course options available at lunch.
  • Capacity for up to 400 covers in a single service and more!
  • Upper floor outlet offering additional catering and extensive hospitality services.

The role

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily food preparation and service.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality food across restaurant, coffee bar and hospitality.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand and site standards.
  • Support with prep, service and smooth handovers between services.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

The Sous Chef

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a fresh-food, high-volume enviroment.  
  • Calm, reliable and consistent during busy services.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
