My client is a top 50 UK law firm with one of the most respected real estate practices in the country. The Role
You’ll join the firm’s Investment & Development team, working on a broad mix of high value, high impact matters across the commercial and residential sectors. Your work will span:
- Investment acquisitions, disposals and asset management
- Private residential development
- Local authority and registered provider housing schemes
- Estate regeneration and joint venture projects
- Strategic land transactions
- Due diligence on medium and large development or investment sites
- Drafting and assisting with acquisition and sale documentation for mixed use and residential led schemes
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Corporate, Banking & Finance, Litigation, Projects & Construction, Planning and Environmental, gaining exposure to genuinely multidisciplinary projects. You’ll also manage your own files (with support), build client relationships and contribute to business development.
About You
- Qualified solicitor (NQ+) with a real estate training seat
- Strong technical grounding
- Ability to take responsibility and progress matters independently where appropriate
- Confident communicator with a commitment to excellent client service
- Strong academic background
