Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol
We’re looking for experienced Residential Property Lawyers to join a busy, forward-thinking Conveyancing team. With modern legal tech they pride themselves on delivering exceptional client service while supporting flexible ways of working.
The Role
- Handle all aspects of residential property transactions with confidence and expertise
- Use advanced case management systems to keep workflows on track and clients updated in real time
- Ensure compliance, due diligence, and risk assessments are completed to high standards
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 years’ fee-earning experience in a busy residential conveyancing team
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High standards of client care
- Business development awareness and local property sector contacts
- Confidence with legal technology and IT systems
- Interest in mentoring junior staff and shaping team culture
