Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee a full-service hospitality property with a strong emphasis on food and beverage operations. This position is ideal for a leader who understands regional markets, values team culture, and can drive consistent operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational departments with a focus on guest satisfaction and service consistency
- Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure quality, profitability, and efficiency
- Manage budgets, labor controls, and financial reporting
- Build strong relationships with guests, community partners, and ownership
- Coach and develop department leaders to drive accountability and performance
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance the overall experience
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in hospitality
- Food and Beverage leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of regional or destination-driven markets preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
