The role

You will be responsible for developing the catering sales funnel, winning new corporate and consumer clients, and managing close partner relationships across delivery, catering, and commercial platforms. The role blends new business hunting with nurturing key partner relationships to drive sustainable, long-term revenue growth.

 

Who they are looking for

  • You are a proper sales hunter, you enjoy opening doors, building pipelines and closing
  • Commercially sharp and comfortable being measured on revenue, without losing sight of what actually works operationally
  • Strong at building long term relationships, not just quick wins
  • Organised, structured, and on top of your time and priorities
  • Practical, solutions-led, and able to work closely with ops, marketing, and external partners
  • Hands on, positive, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment where things move quickly and aren’t always perfect

 

Experience needed

  • At 2 years’ experience in a commercial, business development or partnerships role
  • From a hospitality, catering, food delivery or a platform/aggregator led environment
  • A track record of driving sales and growing revenue, not just managing accounts
  • Commercially switched on and comfortable using data to understand what’s working (and what isn’t)
  • Can handle multiple platforms, relationships and priorities without things slipping through the cracks
