Job Title: M&A/ECM Senior Associate- Natural Resources- Top 20 City firm
Salary: £115,000-£130,000
PQE Level: 4+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a fast-growing Top 20 City law firm, is looking to recruit an M&A/ECM senior associate with at least 4 PQE to join their market leading natural resources practice.
- Public and Private M&A
- ECM including fundraising, IPOS, advising sponsors, brokers, nominated advisers
The successful candidate will have a mix of public and private M&A and ECM expertise with ideally experience within natural resources or related sectors.
