Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – Swansea

We are instructed by a respected and growing South Wales practice to assist with the recruitment of a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Swansea office on a full time, permanent basis.

This role sits within a fast paced conveyancing team where you’ll manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold and unregistered), remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership and transfers of equity. You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise a small team of legal assistants and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

You must be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of handling your own busy caseload. Strong knowledge of SRA/CLC regulatory requirements is essential, along with the confidence to make independent decisions and deliver clear, supportive communication to clients and third parties. Experience with new build and shared ownership matters will be particularly valuable.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, forward thinking team offering genuine career development, a competitive salary and a generous benefits package. Perks include enhanced annual leave (with additional wellbeing days), the option to purchase extra leave, gym discounts, milestone recognition, and access to a range of corporate, networking and charity events throughout the year.

A great role for someone looking to progress within a supportive, ambitious conveyancing environment.
