The role:
- You will lead the HR function across all regions, acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Board.
- This role combines hands on leadership with long term strategic planning, ensuring people initiatives directly support commercial objectives and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic leadership across all HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, reward and benefits, and talent management.
- Oversee UK and international HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation while respecting cultural differences.
- Design and deliver forward thinking HR strategies that support growth, succession planning, and leadership development.
Experience:
- Develop and embed policies and frameworks that drive high performance, recognition, and continuous development.
- An experienced HR generalist leader, ideally from a premium hospitality.
- Proven track record of leading HR functions through growth and transformation, with a pragmatic and commercial mindset.
- Demonstrable experience managing international HR operations.
- Confident decisionmaker with the ability to influence and lead at all levels, including board level.
- Energetic, driven, and results focused, with a hands on leadership style.
