Head of Sales, Luxury Event Catering, London, £70k – £75k + Commission

Are you passionate about good food & incredible events and would like the chance to work across London’s most iconic venues? I am working with a luxury catering company who are looking for a motivated and proactive Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets
  • Preparation of quotes and tenders 
  • Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports
  • Maintain & build new relationships with venues
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across the business

The Candidate:

  • A proven track record leading sales teams from a luxury event catering background
  • Strong relationships across Unique Venues of London
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent industry knowledge
  • Driven, motivated and proactive
  • Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
  • A creative thinker
