Commercial Property Senior Associate – Bristol
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join a progressive, multi office Bristol firm as a Senior Associate within their thriving Commercial Property team. The Role
You will be joining the firm’s Clifton office, stepping into an established caseload and working closely with a specialist commercial team that includes senior solicitors, associates and paralegals. The work is varied and stimulating, covering:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- Acting for landlords and tenants on new leases, assignments and renewals
- Supporting development projects, including lease schemes, overage and option agreements
- Providing commercial property support on business and share sales
- Advising on property related issues arising in litigation matters
You’ll be supported at director and senior solicitor level, while being encouraged to contribute to the department’s ongoing growth. The role is offered full time, with flexibility to explore a 3 or 4 day week and hybrid working arrangements.
Candidate Requirements
You will be a commercial property solicitor with ideally 3-5 years’ PQE and looking to take the next step in your career. You should have:
- A strong technical background in commercial property
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Confidence managing a busy and varied caseload
- A practical, commercial mindset and the ability to offer clear, solutions focused advice
You’ll also be encouraged to develop your business development skills, working with the marketing team to help shape the department’s strategy and build new sources of work.
