Corporate Crime Associate
Location: Bristol
Join a top-tier Corporate Crime team ranked Band 1, working on some of the most high-profile, multi-jurisdictional investigations in the UK and internationally.
The Role
This top 50 law firm are looking for an Associate (2-4 PQE) with strong experience in corporate crime and investigations. You’ll advise major corporates and senior executives on complex regulatory and criminal law risks, including:
- Bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and sanctions breaches
- Cross-border criminal investigations (internal and regulator-led)
- Defence representation for corporates and individuals
- Issues around tax evasion, financial misstatements, modern slavery, and supply chain risks
- Engagements with agencies such as the SFO, FCA, DOJ, and international regulators
- Advisory work on cybercrime, ESG risks, and compliance challenges
This is a chance to work alongside leading partners on matters with significant reputational and financial impact across sectors including finance, technology, energy, and life sciences.
About You
- Strong academic background
- Qualified at a leading firm, with 2-4 years’ PQE
- Proven track record in corporate/financial crime and investigations
- Commercially astute, collaborative, and confident handling sensitive, high-value matters
