Solicitor – Private Client (Estates, Tax & Trusts) – Bristol – 2-6 Years PQE
Location: Bristol (with hybrid flexibility)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience)
A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (Associate level) to join its highly regarded Estates, Tax & Trusts (ETT) team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills, estate administration, and estate planning
- Trust creation and management
- Advisory work for high-net-worth individuals
- Supervising junior team members (depending on experience)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Associate-level experience in private client law (wills, estates, trusts, tax)
- Strong technical and advisory skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Confidence in handling matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Willingness to contribute to team development and progression
