Description

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and post monthly journals
  • Contribute to the development of annual financial plans and forecasts
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, as necessary
  • Manage expense claims and process payments
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks related to finance upon request

Profile

A successful ‘Accounts Assistant’ should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets
  • A knack for working under pressure and meeting deadlines
