The Area Manager Role
Overseeing multi-site operations across London, covering everything from front-of-house experience to back-of-house efficiency, working closely with the company’s Directors.
Full P&L accountability for your region, reporting directly to the MD.
Responsible for brand standards, venue maintenance, HR, training, site management, customer feedback, and financial performance.
The Ideal Candidate
A forward-thinking problem solver with a passion for hospitality.
An inspirational leader ready to take the next step in their career. Must come from a premium bar or high-end restaurant background.
Experienced in managing high-volume sites, with weekly turnovers of £18-25k+.
Passionate about quality drinks and food, with high standards and an eye for detail.
Energetic, fun, and hands-on, with experience in multi-site operations.
