What You’ll Do
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH leadership and hourly teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through service standards, floor presence, and recovery
- Drive financial performance through labor control, cost management, and revenue optimization
- Maintain strong systems around scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Manager in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to lead large teams in energetic, service-driven environments
- Strong understanding of P&L fundamentals, labor management, and operational systems
- Calm, confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
