Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Support recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
* Manage financial processes, including cash handling, reconciliation, and assisting with financial strategy implementation to achieve business goals.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance throughout the restaurant to create a welcoming environment.
* Provide leadership and operational support to ensure efficiency, teamwork, and consistent service excellence.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Understanding of financial processes, including cash handling, reconciliation, and contributing to operational strategies.
* Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
