Assistant Guest Experience Manager (AGEM) – Relocate to Bermuda

Luxury Boutique Hotel | Bermuda

We’re looking for an energetic, guest-focused professional to join a luxury boutique hotel in Bermuda as Assistant Guest Experience Manager. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape unforgettable experiences for our guests, lead a small front office team, and grow into the next step: Front Office Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Curate and manage every detail of the guest journey, from pre-arrival planning to post-departure follow-up
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless, luxury service
  • Lead and inspire a team of ~15 staff to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Help define and implement the hotel’s guest service standards

About You

  • Luxury or boutique hotel background; island experience is a must
  • Personable, energetic, and hands-on
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering service excellence
  • Eligible to travel with US, Canada, or UK visas
  • Preferred single status; male candidates encouraged

Package & Benefits

  • Salary: USD $60,000–$65,000
  • Annual performance bonus + gratuities based on KPIs

Previous island or remote location experience is a strong asset
