They are looking for a Senior Assistant Manager/Floor Manager to support day-to-day operations and help maintain high standards across their venues.
The Role / Ideal Candidate:
- Support the AGM in the day-to-day running of the venue
- Experience in floor or bar management, ideally both
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for hospitality
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer care and service
- Confident and engaging personality
- Enjoys developing and motivating a team through company training and career pathway programs
