My client, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm, is seeking a senior litigator for its excellent disputes team. In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of matters, including general commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), construction disputes, and more. You will, of course, be running your own files whilst also working directly with partners on high-profile disputes, providing a rare blend of autonomy and collaboration.
