Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier and client contracts.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and risk management within the financial services industry.
- Support business teams by delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage external legal counsel as required
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects
Profile
The successful applicant:
- 4+ post-qualified experience in the UK
- UK, Australian, or NZ qualified with experience working in the UK
- Experience in a Law Firm
- In-house experience is preferred but not required
- Extensive experience in commercial law, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
