Our client, a global provider of payment solutions, is searching for a Commercial Lawyer with 4+ years’ experience including training in a strong Law Firm and qualifying within the FinTech or Technology spaces. Hybrid working in Central London with a fantastic benefits package.

Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier and client contracts.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and risk management within the financial services industry.
  • Support business teams by delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage external legal counsel as required
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects

Profile

The successful applicant:

  • 4+ post-qualified experience in the UK
  • UK, Australian, or NZ qualified with experience working in the UK
  • Experience in a Law Firm
  • In-house experience is preferred but not required
  • Extensive experience in commercial law, particularly within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
