Commercial Property Solicitor – 12‑Month FTC
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a specialist team supporting charities, faith organisations and social enterprises. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract where you’ll manage a varied caseload and contribute to the development of the wider team.
The role includes:
- Managing acquisitions, disposals and leases
- Advising on complex commercial property transactions
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
About you:
- Strong commercial property experience
- Confident handling complex matters and building trusted client relationships
- Clear communicator and effective problem‑solver
- Third‑sector experience is an advantage
