Commercial Property Solicitor – 12‑Month FTC

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a specialist team supporting charities, faith organisations and social enterprises. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract where you’ll manage a varied caseload and contribute to the development of the wider team.

The role includes:

  • Managing acquisitions, disposals and leases
  • Advising on complex commercial property transactions
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues

About you:

  • Strong commercial property experience
  • Confident handling complex matters and building trusted client relationships
  • Clear communicator and effective problem‑solver
  • Third‑sector experience is an advantage
