JOB TITLE: Corporate Real Estate Lawyer
LOCATION: London
SALARY: From £170,000

This tier one global law firm is looking to speak with corporate lawyers who have at least 5 years of experience working on complex, high-value corporate and private equity transactions in the real estate sector.

With the firm’s commitment to expanding its private equity real estate assets team, this is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer with a strong academic and professional background to take on a key role within a growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate transactions, particularly in real estate joint ventures, preferred equity, and acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings of real estate portfolios and operating companies. Candidates with substantial private M&A or private investment funds experience may also be considered.

Applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials and relevant experience from a comparable law firm.
