Corporate Solicitor – Taunton
Rare opportunity to for an corporate solicitor to join a full service, commercial firm into their fantastic L500 listed corporate team. This fantastic corporate team are looking for a corporate solicitor with atleast 1 years’ PQE.
This corporate team are based in Taunton and this is where you will be based. From time to time, you will be required to provide assistance to the national corporate team.
You will be working on a range of corporate transactions to include M&A, corporate finance, restructuring, reorganisations and much more. You can expect to get involved in lots of business development and be encouraged to supervise junior members of the corporate team.
The successful corporate solicitor will have gained 1 years’ PQE from a strong regional or national practice.

Salary: £56000 – £62000 per annum
