Credit Control responsibilities:
- Accurately managing and processing financial transactions.
- Maintaining clear and accurate financial records.
- Regular communication with clients regarding payments and balances.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Ensuring that all transactions, records, and reports comply with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with other departments in the company to ensure smooth business operations.
- Consistently maintaining a high level of professional and ethical standards.
Profile
A successful Credit Control should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a credit control or similar role within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
