Description
- Client Support: Provide administrative support to financial advisors and clients, including scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and preparing documentation.
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and organize client records, financial documents, and databases. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist with preparing reports for regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Input and analyze financial data into the firm’s systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Document Preparation: Prepare financial statements, investment reports, and other relevant documents for clients and internal use.
- Transaction Management: Assist in processing financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers, ensuring all actions are documented and processed accurately.
- Client Communication: Handle client correspondence and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as compliance, accounting, and operations, to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
Profile
- Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
