We’re hiring an energetic Day Manager to lead daytime operations at a newly opening restaurant in Dallas. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who excels at guest engagement, operational efficiency, and team motivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day shifts, ensuring consistent service execution and smooth transitions into evening service.
  • Manage floor operations, reservations, and guest service standards.
  • Support staff development, training, and performance management.
  • Handle scheduling, opening procedures, and shift reporting.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of FOH management experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Availability for daytime hours with occasional evening coverage.
