Director of Operations – NYC
Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 + Bonus + PTO + Benefits + 401(k)

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Operations to oversee daily hotel operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a premier luxury boutique property in the heart of NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
  • Implement operational policies and standards to ensure a world-class guest experience.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a service-oriented culture.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and growth planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of luxury hotel operations experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong financial and operational expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
