Job Title: Director of Sales – Luxury 5-Star Hotel
Salary: DoE + Bonus

My client is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and drive client engagement at this iconic 5-star hotel in Central London. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a high-performing sales team and implement strategies to maximise performance across leisure, corporate, and group segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, tradeshows, and hosted experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to align sales with operational goals.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Director of Sales in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality.
  • Commercially savvy with a proven track record of driving revenue.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented leader.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship management skills.
