A modern and tech focused commercial law firm in the South East is seeking a solicitor to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading. Recognised by the major legal directories for technical expertise and commercial approach, the team continues to expand following strong growth in new instructions.
You will handle a broad range of commercial disputes, acting for clients from individuals to large corporates. The position offers responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to larger team matters. You will be encouraged to develop specialist interests and play an active role in promoting the team’s reputation and supporting wider business development. The role is hybrid, with office presence required in the Thames Valley.
The firm are seeking a solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE and demonstrable experience in commercial litigation. Strong technical and academic credentials are essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You should be confident in building long-term client relationships, supervising junior colleagues, and contributing to business development.
