A well-established commercial law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team. This is a strategic hire, offering a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate, or immediate entry at partner level for those already operating at that stage.
The team advises a broad client base, including multinational corporations and high-growth SMEs, on complex and high-value disputes. Recent matters have included fiduciary duty claims exceeding $450m, professional negligence in the energy sector, and cross-border joint venture disputes.
You will manage your own caseload and contribute to larger, multi-disciplinary matters. The work spans a wide range of commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, insolvency litigation, professional negligence, IP and cross-border claims, injunctive relief, and international arbitration.
The firm is seeking a solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE and a strong track record in commercial litigation. You should be commercially minded, confident handling complex disputes, and capable of mentoring junior colleagues. A network of clients or referrers-or a demonstrable ability to generate work-is highly desirable at the more senior level.
