Overview
We are working with a fast-growing, well-known hospitality group with a strong presence across London, who are looking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support their dynamic, multi-site operation.
This is a key role within the people function, responsible for leading on all employee relations matters across a diverse workforce. You’ll work closely with operational leaders to provide pragmatic, commercial ER advice while helping to build positive employee relationships and consistent people practices.
The Role

Act as the subject matter expert for all employee relations issues across multiple sites

Manage complex ER cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, absence, and investigations

Coach and advise managers on best practice, employment law, and policy application

Ensure consistency and fairness in ER decision-making across the business

Identify trends and proactively recommend improvements to policies, processes, and training

Support change initiatives, restructures, and consultation processes where required

Build strong relationships with site leadership teams and central HR colleagues
About You

Proven experience in an Employee Relations or HR Manager role, ideally within hospitality, retail, leisure, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment

Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

Confident handling high-volume and complex ER cases with a calm, solutions-focused approach

Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels

Commercially minded, resilient, and comfortable working in a hands-on role
