Employment Lawyer – Sherborne

A highly respected law firm with multiple offices in the Southwest are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to bring expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters. You’ll be confident navigating tribunal cases for claimants and respondents and ideally have case management advocacy experience.

Non-contentious work will include:

  • Guiding employers through dismissals, disciplinary actions, and HR procedures
  • Advising on redundancies, restructuring, and restrictive covenant enforcement
  • Supporting protected conversations and settlement agreements
  • Drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements, policies, and handbooks

You should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least one employment seat or some post-qualification experience in employment law.
