Employment Legal Director – Partner – Bristol

We are delighted to be supporting a leading national employment team who are seeking an experienced Director or Partner level employment lawyer to join its thriving Bristol practice.

The team advises a broad client base-from PLCs to SMEs-on the full spectrum of employment law, including disciplinary matters, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, restructures and strategic board level issues.

It also supports senior executives on complex employment relationships, delivering pragmatic, timely and cost effective solutions.

Recognised by major legal directories for excellence, the team benefits from dedicated professional support and access to advanced legal technology. With growth of over 30% in recent years, the team offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where every voice is valued.

The successful candidate will bring a strong following or referral network, along with the ambition to contribute to business development and help shape the team’s future strategy. Flexible working and an inclusive culture are central to the role.
