Job title: Employment Managing Associate Solicitor – Perfect for Relocator

Salary: £80,000-£100,000+

PQE Level: 8+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

A leading top 100 UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Employment lawyer to join its highly regarded team. This is a pivotal role offering high-quality work (including an international aspect), leadership opportunities, and the chance to shape the future of the practice.

The Role

  • There is a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including tribunal claims, transactional support working alongside London teams, and strategic advice.
  • You will advise clients across retail & consumer, private equity, developer, and energy & infrastructure sectors.
  • You will drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to growth across target sectors.

This is an exciting role for someone looking for a change in 2026. Perfect for an established Hampshire Employment expert or someone used to working with elite clients relocating down to the South Coast
