Overview
Leading Norfolk firm seeks an Employment Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate level) to join their team in the centre of Norwich.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice to clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including contentious and non-contentious matters
- Deal with a broad range of clients including individuals, local businesses, national professional service networks, multi-national corporations and PLCs
- Work across multiple sectors, including numerous national sporting governing bodies, global facilities management providers, football clubs and formula 1 teams, country estates, luxury car dealerships, high net worth individuals, architects and independent schools
- Draft legal documents including employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
About you
- Qualified Solicitor
- Previous experience in private practice is desirable
- Strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £60000 – £70000 per annum
