Description

Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, CFO, and occasionally to the wider Senior Management Team
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Manage projects and conduct research as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently
