Deliver accurate monthly reporting and compliance

Support business planning cycles across manufacturing and supply chain

Lead cost-per-unit analysis to drive efficiency and strategic planning

Manage forecasting and budget submissions across functions

Monitor fixed costs, drivers, and critical activities

Partner with supply chain

Support capital requests with financial models and business cases

Provide financial advice on projects and business improvement initiatives

Support working capital and cash management

Address performance deviations and ensure accountability

Challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and build financial awareness

Evaluate and manage business unit financial performance

Support enterprise risk management and resolve audit findings
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a finance-focused role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
£90,000 – £110,000 + 10% Bonus
