General Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base
Type: Full-Time

We are working with a modern, upscale restaurant in Atlanta known for bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and an energetic dining atmosphere. Who are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure every guest experience exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams with strong training and service standards
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and a seamless service flow
  • Manage budgets, labor, cost controls, and overall P&L performance
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu rollouts and staff education
  • Maintain operational excellence, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Support marketing, events, and local community engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in upscale, full-service restaurant management a plus
  • Proven leadership, team development, and financial acumen
  • Experience in high-volume, hospitality-focused environments
  • Hands-on, guest-first approach to management
  • Proficiency in POS, scheduling, and inventory systems
