Salary: AUD$120,000 + Bonus + Super
Location: Sydney, Australia (sponsorship offered)

The Role:
- Fully accountable for the operational performance of this fine dining restaurant
- Working in a fast-paced environment with strong structure and service ethic
- Leading teams from 10 to 15 people at one time
- The role is a very ‘hands on’ position where they would be expected to be creating a fun environment with good working culture
- Train and develop your team to the brand standards set by the company
- Ensure fantastic customer service at all times
The Person
- You will be a fun, friendly and outgoing General Manager
- You must genuinely enjoy working in a Quality service environment
- You MUST come from a fine dining background
- Will be full of passion and drive, successfully exceeds standards and goals
