Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a talented front-of-house and back-of-house team.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory to optimize profitability.
- Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurant management.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L, labor management, and budgeting experience.
