We’re partnering with a well-established and highly recognisable Quick Service Restaurant brand to recruit a General Manager for one of their busy locations in Morecambe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing site within a structured, fast-paced QSR environment.
The role is hands-on and people-focused, ideal for a strong operator who enjoys leading from the front, driving standards, and developing high-performing teams.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the restaurant
- Lead, motivate, and develop a management and front-line team
- Deliver consistent service, quality, and operational standards
- Manage labour, rotas, stock control, and ordering to maximise results
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards are met
- Complete audits, paperwork, and compliance checks accurately
- Drive sales, performance, and continuous improvement
- Create a positive, engaged, and high-energy team culture
About You:
- Experience as a General Manager, Store Manager, or strong Assistant Manager within QSR or fast-paced hospitality
- A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments
- Strong people management and operational skills
- Passionate about customer experience, standards, and results
- Organised, driven, and commercially aware
- Ready to grow and progress with a structured QSR business
