Are you commercially minded, strategic, and ready to drive growth in a dynamic food business?

This role as Head of Commercial and New Business will drive revenue growth through strategic origination, franchise development, partnership negotiations and commercial excellence across the group’s diversified hospitality portfolio.

The role:

  • Lead identification, evaluation and execution of new commercial opportunities, including partnerships, franchising and brand extensions
  • Drive expansion through supermarket supply contracts and retail partnerships
  • Collaborate with purchasing to optimise sourcing, cost control, and supplier strategy
  • Build and drive robust commercial strategies to support expansion into new markets and channels (UK, Ireland and America)
  • Define and implement strategic growth areas for the business
  • Scale production to meet increasing demand across all channels
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on M&A pipeline prioritisation, due diligence and post acquisition integration planning
  • Develop pricing, partnership and commercial frameworks that maximise return on investment while enhancing brand equity and customer experience

Experience

  • Proven commercial leadership with experience in restaurants, hospitality, QSR, franchising, retail or consumer sectors
  • Solid understanding of franchise models, commercial negotiation and P&L impact
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into commercial outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence at board leve
  • We’re looking for a commercially astute, hands on leader who thrives on driving revenue, scaling operations, and delivering strategic growth in multisite hospitality
