Head of Food & Beverage – “Immersive gaming”

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000+
Do you fancy, stepping into the spotlight and shape the future of F&B for one of the UK’s most exciting immersive entertainment groups. I am looking for a commercially driven leader to take charge of a multi-site portfolio blending high-end cocktails, casual dining, and fast-paced feasting concepts.
This role is all about vision, agility, and creativity — designing food and drink experiences that elevate every guest journey and keep people talking long after they’ve left.
The Role
- Own the full F&B operation across multiple venues, from strategy to delivery.
- Build scalable systems and partnerships to fuel upcoming launches.
- Blend innovation and profitability through clever supplier deals and standout menus.
- Bring together speed, quality, and flair across QSR, casual dining, and event settings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to make food and drink part of the show – not just a side act.
About You
- Experienced leading F&B in multi-site or entertainment-led environments.
- Comfortable operating at pace with strong commercial and operational focus.
- Background in premium cocktail brands or casual-dining concepts a plus.
- Driven, creative, and collaborative – with an eye for delivering memorable guest moments.
