Head of Sales, Luxury Event Catering, London, £60k – £65k + Bonus
Are you passionate about good food & incredible events and would like the chance to work across London’s most iconic venues? I am working with a luxury catering company who are looking for a motivated and proactive Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team.
The Role:
* Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets
* Preparation of quotes and tenders
* Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
* Prepare and present sales reports
* Maintain & build new relationships with venues
* Identify new revenue opportunities across the business
The Candidate:
* A proven track record leading sales teams from a luxury event catering background
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent industry knowledge
* Driven, motivated and proactive
* Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
* A creative thinker
