Housing Finance Solicitor/Associate (3-5 PQE) – Bristol
Top 100 law firm are seeking a talented Housing Finance Solicitor/Associate to strengthen their busy Property team. This role will focus on housing finance and portfolio transactions, acting for Registered Providers, lenders, and security trustees on large-scale projects across the UK.
The successful candidate can expect to work on high-value matters including security charging, property portfolio transactions, and complex due diligence projects. From mortgaging portfolios to advising on large-scale housing finance deals, you’ll be playing a key role in transactions that directly support communities nationwide.
The Role:
- Assist with large security charging and due diligence projects
- Draft and negotiate Certificates of Title, reports on title, and condition precedent documentation
- Manage smaller property finance and portfolio transactions with partner support
- Supervise and mentor junior fee earners on property preparation and transaction processes
- Oversee title reviews, Land Registry applications, rectification work, and transaction management
- Support business development through client events, training, and pitches
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ PQE with property finance and/or portfolio transaction experience
- Background advising Registered Providers and/or housing sector lenders
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent drafting, analysis, and communication abilities
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident supervising juniors
- Experience with Land Registry portals and property due diligence highly advantageous
